Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (including shapewear) may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
